TAKE DOWN POLICY
Efforts have been made to identify and contact the person or people responsible for creating these materials. Only books for which a signature of a creator has been received will be displayed on the Living Archive website.
If you have any concerns about materials being made public on this site, please contact us and we will remove the item from display until any concerns have been addressed.
Under this Creative Commons license you are free to:
- Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as you follow the license terms.
Under the following terms:
- Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
- NonCommercial — You may not use the material for commercial purposes.
- No Derivatives If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material
NOTE: Creative Commons 3.0 Australia was recommended by lawyers as slightly ‘safer’ for the materials in this project, due to some possible misunderstandings of the ‘moral rights’ clause. It is possible that we will shift to Creative Commons 4.0 or even later versions in future.
Further information about the use of this archive and the materials contained within it is included in the User License Agreement.
